Description

This volume five of ten, of the dictionary that later became the Oxford English Dictionary. This volume contains words beginning with the letters 'H', 'I', 'J' and 'K'. It contains definitions and relevant quotations for 37,018 words on 1274 pages. There are 16,013 words beginning with the letter 'H', 14,447 words beginning with the letter 'I', 2,989 words beginning with the letter 'J', and 3,569 words beginning with the letter 'K'.
